The Kapow® ELEVΛTE sneaker is individually made to order just for you. Please check your size carefully before purchasing and measure your feet if in doubt – this way we ensure that your sneakers fit perfectly and that you can enjoy them for a long time.
An exchange for a different size is of course possible. A standard return is excluded according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as your ELEVΛTE sneakers are a custom-made item produced specifically for you.

Delivery times
Your Kapow® ELEVΛTE sneaker will be individually manufactured within 1–3 working days and then shipped in approximately 5–7 working days.
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link for shipment tracking.
